i asked 3A Support about the slight delay compared to retail and just found out that the Bambaland store version has a different box, includes a Snake pilot figure and poster. so awesome. glad i bought from them. ^^

Just scored the Kotobukiya version of Mitsuru from mandarake for 4,000 yen, which is a great price I think. It was an opened version, so here's hoping it's in good condition. One thing I couldn't figure, because google translate is no help, is this 原型：新居興介 Anybody know what that means?

Edit: nevermind, looks like that's the name of the sculptor.

I was wondering about that a few days ago. I kept checking and saw no new updates or anything on it. Sucks it was delayed, but it is actually good timing for me (due to unexpected car maintenance). Yay now money won't be an issue by the time it comes out. I hope it won't be delayed again though. Thanks for the update.

Oh god. I just had to pay for 2 orders with EMS. 31,010 yen. Fuck my wallet.

This hobby was manageable while just buying new figures as they came out, but once I discovered mandarake and amiami started selling preowned figures, forget about it.

So yeah, I decided that my apartment was too empty and wanted statues to fill it a bit. (What kind of excuse is that right?!)

So I said why not anime statues since I find the details really awesome and as an artist myself, I could find some inspiration in those statues.
I searched a little bit and figured I wanted a resin or PVC one. Figma was out of the question.

I saw this one in a store saying to myself that my girlfriend wont say anything about it...
Until I found out that I could remove the dress!
Of course she will probably never find out about that feature. (But who cares really.)
It is a shame there is almost no guys figure at my store. I might have to hunt online for those; which I am not a big fan of since I like to SEE it in front of me before buying it.
Anyway, I guess I am in the club now since I am already thinking about my next purchase.
Here is the figure in question!
Love it and do not regret buying it a second of course!

I mean, I just love everything about it. The dynamic pose, the hoverboard, the dog thing, the headphones, the random crap everywhere. It's extremely eye-catching, and kind of exemplifies why I buy figures in the first place. I only wish that my favorite guy characters got this kind of figure treatment.



I admit that I hesitated on this figure too, for the boobs. As a girl figure collector I avoid most of the super-sexualized characters if I can help it, if only because I feel it detracts from the overall design of the character. But I picked this one up anyway because I love the design. I just don't know why they did her before Kisuke. Besides boobs, anyway.

Will get all forms of Moon and Mars. Hopefully they have an Eternal even if the new anime doesn't go up into that.

A special Sailor Cosmos would be the greatest thing ever.

I believe those are just the manga covers. I've sent out an e-mail to my contacts to see if they've officially announced the others or not.

My gut tells me sales of Moon will be strong enough to support the others in the future, though.
