Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Beta Thread of key begging

I have the beta downloaded on both systems and it seems that the game on the ps3 is running at a much lower resolution than its 360 counterpart? It also seems like its more of a pain in the ass to find games on the ps3 version. Looks like I'm getting this on the 360 day one.
 
Well it was fun at first when the game was playing well for me. I picked it up quick and so did the others in my lobby. The 8 or so matches we played we're awesome.
But ever since it started DCing and running like shit, I'm getting stuck with entire lobbies of first time players and stuff. Nothing bad about them; they need a game or two to figure stuff out. Not their fault. But it's not fun for me when my whole team is running around in circles not killing shit while I am getting camped as soon as I set foot out of the Bodark spawn on the urban level.

And for the record, fuck the Bodark weapons.
Give me the Ghost's ACR over the AK-200 any day.
 
Holy shit, this thing is amazing, beautiful, brilliant and fun. The only reason why I might wait a bit is because Max Payne 3 comes out next month.
Ubisoft has the best animators in the industry. Conviction was already jaw-dropping, but this thing blew my mind.

Saw a teammate killing the enemies from under the map a while ago too - nice.

Your balls are safe - the controls and movement are nowhere near as tight.

The tactical aspect may grab you, but I would not compare this game to Gears at all in any other aspect other than they're both third-person shooters.

What are some good weapon attachments?
Thinking about putting a match trigger on my ACR but not sure.

I wish they had more stuff unlocked right from the get-go.

Edit: Wow. The smoke effects are pretty good. Then again, didn't the GRAW series always have good smoke? I'm in the firing range popping off smoke from my launcher and it looks good.
2 smoke grenades fill up your little area too. It looks good when dissipating.
 
LOVING IT.

This is what I was expecting from a next gen Socom.

The only problems was it took some time to get used to the controls and objectives.

Some framerate problems

Takes a long ass time to level up

And shitty teams usually.
 
Damn, forget the gameplay. The weapon customization alone is making me want this.
I make a few small adjustments to my ACR and suddenly it's a beast at 90 meters.
 
This game looks like just like MAG, well, maybe even worse, which is weird considering the playercount. I don't really like of ADS makes everything grey out.
 
Same here. If anyone has a 360 beta code they could spare I would be extremely happy.

I'm a big time ghost recon fan and unfortunately I only own conviction for PC :( so I can't play the beta.
 
I haven't find a single game yet but the whole presentation and my experience with the controls at the shooting range makes me want this badly already.

Love the "point and run" cover system.

During respawns you can go into an in-game version of gunsmith to change your stuff. You can't purchase new attachments in the in-game one, but you can retool your weapons using anything you've already unlocked.
 
This game was great fun, but the fps was horrible from time to time.
Will probably play the sh1t out of it anyway.
 
Really enjoying this. No technical issues at all (PS3). Just very fun... probably will be my go-to game when it comes out.

My only gameplay criticism is the frag grenades... the nature of this game it's difficult to get away from a frag. I think they shouldn't explode so quickly. I killed so many people with frag tosses -- it's too easy.

Other than that... game is really fun. Give me more maps!!!


edit: also... the warning that pops up for friendly frags is really dumb. It makes you try and get away (so you expose yourself to the enemy) only to realize it's a friendly frag your buddy threw over your head that won't land anywhere near you. This is a huge annoyance and cost me a couple cheesy deaths in some tense firefights.

Just had to see the menu on PS3 to know it was running sub HD and looks like ass
