So on the GB website, for any video, I click the download button and absolutely nothing happens. Is this me or a known issue!?

It does, and I usually pick HD. But because I read somewhere that HD may not be available I tried HIGH.

But nothing happens. I click download, menu pops up asking me what quality, I choose, nothing happens!? Oo

Just do right-click -> save as? Maybe you have a broken setting for mp4 links.
