To be fair, he takes calls occasionally and I have never heard anything close to the bullshit that guy was spewing. They're usually pretty harmless, often pretty solid questions.

That's not a change, that's just a result of pushing the frame rate to 60. That was in DS2 vanilla on PC as well.
