Good candidates: Divinity, Hearthstone, Titanfall, Shovel Knight, The Wolf Among Us, Walking Dead Season 2, Mario Kart 8, Strider, South Park Stick of Truth
Maybe: Trials Fusion, Destiny, Child of Light, Dark Souls II, Super Time Force, Transistor, Bravely Default

I don't understand why drew is still having such a rough time with this game. I think he's convinced himself that the game is harder than it is, and that itself is actually making it harder for him in a way.

I think if he realized he had a silenced pistol to kill guards with, he would have a better time.

I could see South Park, Shovel Knight, and Transisor making it on there. I suspect most of their list will be stuff that hasn't been released yet. Far Cry 4, Sunset Overdrive, Assassin's Creed, Dragon Age, Civilization, maybe even Driveclub or Forza could all make the list. Plus there's some indie stuff like Massive Chalice still to come.

im hoping he makes it through 1 and gets a grasp on it in 2 where he can just do the tranq everyone in the head stuff

Eva? Does showing her bra 95% of the time count as gender being a valid and integral part of the character?

I think it's more the duality of her character and the revelation that she was playing both sides in the end, having more control in the game than anyone but The Boss. She plays up her sensuality with Snake, she plays up her innocence with Volgin. Neither are the real her. She's not the demure, victimized plaything but neither is she the over-sexualized temptress brought under the control of the sexual police of Snake, the stand-in for James Bond. Both female leads get the better of Snake instead of the other way around, multiple times. Snake ends up more or less emasculated and thrown aside by the end of the game, not Eva.With Snake, Eva uses her femininity to attempt to charm him, but also to throw him off. It's a highlight of her intelligence, not her promiscuity.

At least that's my read on her character, and why I think it's a good one. She subverts two action movie female character cliches in one. But maybe that's just the English major in me manifesting itself and looking too far into it.

Has Dan played Deus Ex? A lot of the stuff he loves about MGS (lots of secrets, alternate boss strategies, clever details, the story, smoking cigarettes) is right there. I smell a series but I dont think any of them know enough about Deus Ex to do it justice
