Every time I see Infinity I'm surprised that everything about it seems to be pretty well made and not completely awful, then I immediately forget about the game until the next time Giant Bomb covers it where I'm again surprised that it looks like the sort of game that would have been my favorite thing in the world if I was 10.

It's their encoding algorithm. The top regions of the screen take priority, so when there's a ton going on the edges and bottom of the stream will get blurry.
