Go back to last night. This place turned into an Allison Rapp and Final Fantasy discussion board for hours. Despite each topic having its own OT, the regular serial offenders used the GB thread as their own personal chat room. That is the kind of shit that is going to get this thread shut down.

I think posting about what currently is happening for abit is alright. It ain't like we are still talking about Allison Rapp and FF, afterall we are a community and we can discuss events like any person would.
Anime is the only thing that keeps coming back tho.
They were both pretty big stories, with one having a lengthy write-up by an ex-gb editor, and conversation didn't take long to self-correct.
We're fine. This thread is fine. People need to stop worrying about backseat modding such a mild thread - if there's a problem emcee will let us know.

Speaking of PAX East, since everything is leaked these days the schedule for that thing has been leaked. The GB panel only being 1 hour is a huge bummer.

I think it was announced at Pax South last year which was late Jan and considering we're at April and still haven't heard anything I'd say chances seem kind of low.
Only an hour? Yikes.
At least my wife will be happy as there will no longer be a GB/VGO conflict.
Last year was the one with nacho cheese etc., which was easily the best BLLSL they've done and much more entertaining than any of the Extra Life streams imo.

I'm just going to say something about the "no anime" posts.
I don't like the feeling that I have to be on tip-toes in this thread lest I get banned. I liked being able to talk about whatever anime, wrestling, F1, current topic, with a group of like-minded people who also happen to like Giant Bomb. If that really isn't allowed anymore then that's a shame, I'll abide by it and probably not post much here, if at all.
Though really from what I've seen in my 7 years on this website is that it's fine to go off topic as long as it doesn't get too perverted, too offensive, or too hostile to any other group on GAF. Heck, I've been following Giant Bomb since the beginning and posted in Giant Bomb threads on GAF since the very first thread and it's always been fine. I'd say Giant Bomb and going off-topic are intrinsically linked.
