That one was made by dropping the original video into After Effects, resizing and retiming, importing into Animation Shop and exporting. File size is 1.32mb.

Now here's the one made with GIFCam:

Captured live from the original 720p Youtube video. File size is 1.12mb, despite looking noticeably rougher and running at what looks like half the framerate.

Is this just the nature of GIFCam, or am I screwing up somewhere? Help me, GIFGAF!
