You might like to try some of the stuff on the 'X-Art' label for slightly more romantic porn. Lots of soft focus and emphasis on both partners.

When I was young and first got into anime and Manga, One of the anime I watched was one called nightwalker and gravitation. Those were the only two anime and Manga I have ever read that was basically about gay love. But they weren't explicit; just general love stories. I know it's very normal for girls to be into a lot of yaoi - especially fanfictions, but I never knew getting into the actual porn was something lol

Maybe I'm weird but I would rather watch porn than read a fanfic. I do wish a lot of it wasn't so uninspired. I feel like there's a huge gap in the industry for someone to come in with a fresh perspective and innovate.

Honestly this is why I watch it as well. A lot of my lesbian friends watch gay (men's) porn. I used to love straight porn but over the years it seems to be so...mean. Or I'm just finding the wrong stuff. But seeing two men together takes away that dynamic.

And weirdly, as much as I love having lesbian sex, I don't actually love watching it. I dunno.

I don't like porn but that might have to do with the fact that my dad sometimes left hardcore anal porn in the VCR when me and my sis were expecting the Disney tape would be still in there that we didn't finish watching the day before.

Talking about erotica, while in middle school going to high school, my mom had a bunch of urban erotica books which I stole and read. Not sure if anyone is familiar with Zane, but she is a huge urban erotica author. One of her books is becoming a move adaption called addicted (which was one of my favorite books ever besides the coldest winter ever and fly girl which also had movie adaption) and it's kind of where I got my start with that type of literature. So I definitely agree that reading an exotic book is far more better than watching porn.

I love how they instantly went to discrediting a women because of experience as if a female commentator is any less professional than her male counter part. Sometimes, I will never understand why it is so hard for them to just leave it as, "Sure that would be cool." instead of trying to argue every single suggestion. The vaginal threat is real.

I think what makes it even funnier is that some of them would be singing a different tune if the roles were reversed.

And it's pretty obvious, judging from the replies, that some of them see nothing wrong with the lack of women and the way things are and will argue to keep it that way.

Like the complaints about Hyrule Warriors having a predominantly female cast. And SSB4 having some additional female adds.

It wasn't very surprising to see how upset some guy gamers got.

I don't buy the argument that you have to have been a full-time professional gamer to commentate either. I doubt all the guys who do the COD tourneys were pros, and if you look at actual sports events some of the most popular commentators never played the games at all. You just need some familiarity with the genre's mechanics and some charisma to do well. These guys are just looking for some more reasons to marginalize.

Lol, when game characters are predominately male it's the developer's artistic vision that must never be criticized. Once it tips in a minority's favor it's suddenly pandering. Hate that hypocrisy.

Not to in any way suggest they have valid points, but I don't know if you can chalk all the opposition up to general sexism. Consider how vehemently people respond to pretty much any changes ever to a franchise they like. Some people just argue because it's what they're wired to do, regardless of what the topic is. Admittedly, in my experience, it's more men who tend to be super-argumentative, but you can't say everyone who disagrees is doing it because they're misogynists; some people are just generally douchey.

Nails it. While there aren't a tonne of female sports (as in real sports, not "e sports) broadcasters, there are still some, and seeing as none of them have pro experience, it stands to reason -- shock of shocks -- that well-trained people can broadcast something even if they've never done it firsthand. It's not easy to do sports broadcasting, but it's not some mystical skill you only get by virtue of having done it yourself.

Yep. For every pro sport that I watch, they have one person who has played (however long or well) and one who is just a professional broadcaster. Pretty sure Joe Buck hasn't played all the sports he comments on. Nor Al Michaels.

I thought the complaints about female characters in Hyrule Warriors weren't so much about them being female per se as they were about the game treating them like Link's harem. Like, I was just reading the import thread, and apparently there's a level where
all the female characters are in a 3rd faction, and you (as Link) have to pick one to be with you, and then the rest of them all turn against you, presumably out of jealousy over not being picked
