I have multi vitamins but most days I don't really get full meals, just snacking. So whenever I'd take a vitamin with a half full stomach I would always either feel nauseous or puke it back out :''''( So I just decided to stop taking them for now until I get myself on a consistent eating schedule.

A well balanced diet is much better than taking supplements plus there's some vitamins you don't absorb properly if you take them in pill format (though I can't think which ones off the top of my head). Taking something like iron tablets is probably a good idea though.

I hear Omega fish oil is good for your hair, not sure if it is true? I've been taking some vitamins along with Omega 3 6 9 (two every day) and my hair has gotten noticeably healthier and growing much faster. It could be due to other factors too as I have recently changed my shampoo and conditioner. also, I've been using this homemade olive oil with something else in it. My sister made it for herself because her hair was falling out like mad, I thought no harm in trying. It does stink a bit but I only put it once a week for two hours before I take a shower at night s its not too bad. My sisters keeps it in her hair all night and wash it in the morning. My hair doesn't get straw like, dry and frizzy anymore.

Never tried that before. Wanted to make my hair lighter than it was (dark brown/black). I'm in Japan so I did a bit of research on what dyes in the stores were supposed to be less damaging. But, I guess bleach is bleach. Never again =o

This morning I woke up and found out that because of me picking on it the dryness has spread towards the inner corner and even on the lid. The skin feels really hard, scaly and looks red with dry and flaky patches all over and its been itching a bit too. Called my GP but he won't be able to see me for at least a week. Any advice? Read some reviews on Mario Badescu Control Cream and some people say its done amazing things for their dry flaky eyelids, anyone ever used this? :'( *curse you dry dehydrated skin!!!*

If your face is dehydrated, have you tried moisturizing it? I haven't used that Mario Badescu control cream but if your face is dry and dehydrated that's not good.

My skin type is dry and prone to dehydration depending on the type of face wash/soap I use. I use a serum for dehydrated skin and a rich face cream for dry skin. Haven't got any dry patches or flakiness on my skin this winter and my skin feels amazing. Sadly they didn't work for the lids probably because the skin around the eyes is really thin and doesn't absorb normal creams. I also have an extra rich eyecream but even that didn't work.

I bought it after reading people raving about the cream and how much it helped with dryness on their eyelids. Heh, so desperate that I spent £18 on a cream that I've never ever heard about! I've stopped putting on any eye make-up but it can't be because of that since its just the left eye. Hopefully the cream is as good as they say because I am getting really frustrated! Its odd because my eyelids have never been this dry before, even back when I wasn't using any eye creams, shouldn't happen now even more because I'm actually taking care of the skin around my eyes.

Yeah, you should definitely play PE II first, or watch an LP of it. The plot of The 3rd Birthday, mess though it is, is very much tied to things that happened in PE II. PE II is fun and kind of creepy, but gameplay wise it's the weakest of the three - just another RE clone. Not bad at all though. Just bad by the standard the first game set, I guess.

I feel like this a lot too these days (not necessarily about posting hot guys, but certain topics in general), but Girl-Gaf wouldn't devolve into the typical 'hot' whatever thread. I'm sure of it. To me the occasional hot guy post is just a visual treat for my shitty day. Junk food, but still a treat. That and I'm often too tired (or crotchety) to get involved in real debates these days, so it's almost comforting to just be able to admire something simple.

This is largely our stance. Talking about sex isn't the problem; the manner in which it is discussed is. There are very few topics you can't talk about on GAF as long as you can be constructive and reasonable about them.

As an aside, if you think I'm the sole dike in the flood of sex/porn talk on this forum, you would be wrong. I can understand why some would think that, since I'm the one who most openly discusses the issue. That's a frequent problem for us: whichever moderator talks out loud about a problem is the one everyone assumes is banning/locking all violators, but that is never the case.

I was not the one who locked the recent porn thread. I haven't banned anyone for sex related posts in nearly 6 months. I didn't start the most recent discussion on the topic amongst the moderators. I just happen to be the person who posts in this particular thread, because it's also the only thread on GAF that my girlfriend reads with any regularity.

It's incredibly easy to find forums or tumblrs or twitter discussions that talk insipidly about any topic, or have image spam; it's much harder to find a forum that is civil, rational, and kind, with content filled posts and discussions. This isn't a porn thing, specifically. We strive to make this an adult forum in the real sense, not the poop-and-curse-words-and-boobies sense. We feel that's what makes GAF a special place relative to any other video game forum; if you don't want that or disagree with our philosophy, I'm sorry, but I can't help you. Keep in mind that I'm not saying image spam is bad or immoral; I'm just saying that this isn't the forum for it. Just as Twitter probably isn't where you want to go if you want to discuss the scientific literature on gender norms.

The last time we had hot men there was nothing pornographic at all, it was mostly headshots until some dudes from 300 were posted and yet we were told to close up shop while several hot women threads full of barely covered tits and ass remained in the OT.

I don't see anything egregious in posting some dudes and talking about them. Getting to know others preferences in body aesthetics. Frankly Opiate the way you come in is very "I don't like my ladies debasing themselves in this manner."
