Yeah, pretty silly. Most of those movies aren't strictly comedies or musicals. They have a lot of drama in them too. I'm looking forward to the Oscars a lot more this year. The competition will be pretty crazy.
Also, Lupita Nyong’o got robbed for best actress. I'm also really surprised with the McConaughey and Leto wins, mainly because I haven't even heard of that movie and the other actors were so strong.

F**k yeah to Poehler finally winning something too, and I'm happy for Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Samberg for the surprise win! Really funny show and I'm glad it got recognised because I wasn't expecting it to.

Frozen song should have won I joked to my GF that Bono wasn't showing up unless he won so Frozen would miss and out and yeeap. Ah well at least it won for best animated movie.

Everything else I don't really have opinions on so I was relatively happy for a change!

Jennifer Lawrence beating Lupito should be no surprise Jlaw's role is catnip to the people who vote for these awards. It's very showy and very funny. Lupita's is a lot more restrained but more thoughtfully devastating.

It's going to be a very,very hard choice this year for the Oscars so many good actors and films much more than the last few years.
