Wish I could have watched along with you guys. Anyway:
-Happy for Mcconaughey. Talk about a complete career shift. Hell, the fact that I thought he was up for his other movie (Mud) is crazy.
-Top of The Lake should have won for miniseries. Miles better than Candelabra. Damon & Douglas were the only mildly interesting parts.
-Happy for 12 Years a Slave. I'm not sure that it's my absolute favorite from last year, but it's damn good (aside from the recycled score). I think Fassbender has a good chance of taking an Oscar for that.
-What a fine note for Breaking Bad to go out on. Much deserved!
lol at Let it Go not winning. Ducking serious? It wasn't the best song in the movie but it's 100x better than that Bono garbage and the music in Frozen may bring back a renaissance of classic style Disney movies.
just saw the monologue from tina and amy. its not that their jokes are spectacular, but their delivery and totally nonchallant attitude is hilarious. awesome ladies.
With tina, any and ricky gervais the globed have had quite awesome presenters recently.
