Google+ allows you to seamlessly integrate your personal and professional life into a single social network which 1. reduces the hassle and 2. means I no longer have to tell clients I can't be their social network friend (a real hassle in my line of work). It's also a great collaboration tool for small businesses that maybe don't have the huge budget for a Cisco infrastructure.

Same here. I just hope they never go the route of allowing crap like Mafia Wars to permeate - that would be a disaster.
It seems like social networking done right - it can be as much or as little as you want, but the most important thing is easy control of privacy. Bigger "names" like the Kevin Rose's of the world can use it as a blog/media tool and at the same time use it for intimate conversations with small circles of friends. The most important thing is the circles are separate instead of one long barf list like Facebook.
