There'll also be a very limited edition dvd similar to the Japanese dvd available. It will not be exactly the same, but it'll be close. (different person playing through it...)

I don't know how one would get this dvd, either. I think it'll go to the press and there'll be a few other ways to get it. I heard there'll be less than 500, though... so, we'll see...

So, what's the deal with Treasure not wanting their name on the box? They don't want any credit for making this game?

Treasure's name doesn't appear in the game either...it may appear in the credits, I haven't finished the thing yet. I see Gradius as "Konami games", anyway.
