Thanks man. Took me ages to actually figure out how to get my driver into the scene. Had to go to GTPlanet to figure it out. (press triangle after you have chosen your camera position in Photo Travel)

I was shocked to see they actually animate the driver and he shifts about. I love the little things PD does like this.

Yes, I haven't been in Photo Travel since Spec 2.0 hit. I've heard how you can position your driver but I never even considered the shot you've created. Having the guy in the foreground looking at the car way back there has inspired me to get into Photo Travel and start experimenting.

But seriously, I didn't think it was entirely the same. US PSN cards won't work on a CDN account and I swear I've had issues where I had to log into my US account just to redeem codes. Could be wrong, either way, going to play now!

I have the pal version of the game and my account with the GT5 data is a UK one.

On that account billing information is not available so i can't purchase anything from PSN with a credit card.

But if i use a PSN card to put money into that account would i be able to get the DLC?

Also can i use a European PSN card (€) into my UK account or do i have to buy a PSN card from UK?

I get annoyed when people rage a lot, but I know most of us do it because they love the franchise. Dead Man and Gutterboy are good examples of this.

As long as you know it comes from love! I know I can be a broken record, I love the driving so much, I just want the rest to be that good. I have been trying to be more positive in my posts, but I just see so many missed opportunities.

Yes, there is. I have the Asian version of RE5 and the DLC from the US store works.

Asian version is an exception as the disc contents are often identical to the US or Japanese version.

I remember someone here having issues with the game just showing a black screen after the PD logo/seizure warnings. Now I'm getting the exact same thing.

I tried deleting the game data, did all the updates again and still got the black screen. Then I deleted the game data again and I tried booting it with the original version under a different PS3 account, same issue.

When I get home today I'm gonna try some of the recovery options, or maybe I'll try a new HD on the PS3 to see if it works. In any case, any tips are appreciated.

I had the same thing after updating, but after rebooting and leaving it for an hour it was fine. Personally I think it's a network issue, it's timing out trying to connect to the GT service and doesn't know how to deal with it.

Play with DS3, not a wheel. Turn controller sensitivity all the way up.

I just started trying drifting with the last seasonal.

Spent 2 hours trying to bronze with a wheel. Switched to the DS3, bronzed it in 15 minutes

Yep, apparently there's something wrong with the drift trial. This is in the news list now...
