No, I mean at same specs. Look how small file sizes games such as Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey are compared to much less impressive third-party games on Switch.
For example, NBA2k21 is 39.4Gb on Switch. Mario Odyssey is 5.7Gb.
How well their engineers use the hardware is amazing. I'm sure they'd do equally amazing things if they had hardware equivalent in power to a PS5.
