Well, not really. Light swords are wasteful unless you 4* them, and you only can buy enough to 4* 1 sword. You'd probably be better off getting guns and grinding out Chev for swords first honestly.

I think, I will skip most events now because I need to farm raids to build my wind team with good equipements. A lot of people adviced to me to do that last month so it's time to apply their advice

I guess the second element that I will need to farm is water since RNGesus was generous with me.

Just sacrifice a goat to get enough luck for chev guns though, it's the "easiest" way

No, the ones that don't explicitly say they're uncapped will start at 0 stars. The wind harp, earth sword, and fire staff all start at 0 stars.

If you want the wind harp, you can get one for 100 of the wind badges. If you're willing to do that many fights (50 against the wind beast), get it that way. Uncapping it isn't necessary.
