Where am I supposed to get these supreme merits from?

For beginner the easiest way are probably event rewards, the barawa event right now has a lot of merits as honor rewards.
Generally they are a struggle to get early on, at least that way my experience (like most stuff in Granblue)

Later on Bahamut and Grande Order raids give a good amount!

i tried so hard to get tiamat rifles for my wind team and managed to not get a single one

Join lots of coop rooms and leech away, most of the items in coop can be traded in for rupies in the "shop" under the "sell treasures" tab.

Every gold item drop gives you 5k and the varying coins also give rupies.

At most you need 30 of a specific one or 15 of two different ones. Depending on the class weapon!

from what i hear, you'll be hunting down other items from co-op so much that you should have a surplus of gold items needed by then when you are hunting for mats for class weapons

Light orbs- star halo and using cerulean stones. You need the whorls and tier 1 orbs from star halo ask just keep doing it over and over. Never stop. Because later you will need those same things for 4* weapons.

You'll generally get more whorls than orbs so I just use cerulean stones to make up the difference

Edit: fyi, don't know if you've started making the weapon yet but you don't need to make the bow light just because song is light. It's not a great weapon for light. Make it whatever is easiest for you to farm imo. I'm thinking about song for my second gw char and it will be earth since I have lots of earth materials from beating up ygg a lot.

But if you don't have a really good pool, the bow could at least give you a nice skill level 10 weapon in there so feel free to make it light anyways if it works for you

I wasn't sure if I wanted to use the bow in my weapon pool. It's OK atm. I've got 2 light unknown weapons, an awakened GW sword, and some omega guns and harps, plus an omega sword. I do use a Sidewinder from time to time, so I might use one as the Normal weapon in my pool.

I forgot about cerulean stones, so thanks for reminding me about that. I guess I'll have to grind some Star Halo, then.

I'm actually super demotivated now that magfest is over. Knowing how much effort I took grinding light the entire time and seeing my results (6 guns and a MLB harp) makes me think I'll need a few years before I actually MLB my 6 guns.

I guess I can't complain too much since I actually got stuff.

I feel like I was barely hitting the emblem cap each week during magfest because you don't do much damage against Chev above 50% and I have to get any hit in below 50% before the raid ends lol. Most of my emblems were from grinding for Animas and through R/SR teams against magnas.

Sarasa is a game changer for low-level farming, no longer being bound by Strike Time to near oneshot Hards and some other stuff is super nice

I've not been playing too long, just slowly making my way through the story and doing the events that I can at such a low power level. Have been enjoying what I played though. I enjoyed it enough to grab the beginner pack the other day during the legfest. Which gave me Clarisse as a roll and then I grabbed Percival from the ticket since i heard picking an element early is a good idea.

First off, good choice on the percy + clarisse combo, you already got the core for fire team now.

For gaf crews you might want to join the Discord and ask over there, lots of us are active there and the leaders from the gafcrews aswell.

Yeah the combination has done me well in the story missions and the lower level raids so far. I also got Summer Jessica as one of the free daily summer rolls(already missing those ) and was using that as my fourth. The only downside is I haven't really got any healing or protection which I think could prove to be an issue later down the line. I guess it might be worth me swapping Io who I just got from the story in despite her being water for the time being until I get a fire support type?

Definitely grab Yuel next time a Surprise Ticket rolls around. Percy, Clarisse and Yuel make for am excellent fire team

SR summons apart of some special ones are sadly mostly useless

I've been using mine to level up other summons

Notable SR summons are the element carbuncle, never reduce them and when you get 2 or more don't use them to limit break each other (use casino for that) because you often want more than one of them later on

There's about a 1% chance of an SSR for leeching. The extra gold chest for vice mvp improves that chance. The red chests you get for hosting and mvp'ing are the highest.

There's a chance even if you leech. You get a red chest for hosting and getting MVP which has a higher chance of giving SSR drops though

Not 70k damage. By 70k I meant the number on my home screen for each element pool

Idk that will take me a while ^^. I dont have damage. My team right now is lvl 70 Andira and Birdman and Yoda because my other wind chars suck. Hope we get a surprise ticket soon and I can ticket Korwa. My grid is full of wind SSR weapons and SR weapons but still no damage. Have to work on lvl their skills I guess. Higer are rank 4-5 only...

It's perfectly acceptable to leech Omegas. That's how I survived magfest. I would agree to stockpile the animas.

Tiamat is the easiest omega raid so it dies a lot faster than the others
