I could go tomorrow in Austria searching for copy, but BR drive in my Phat PS3 is having issues, so PSN is only safe way to go (and more expensive )

And you'll have less heating problems. This is my main reason for going digital (maybe moving to the US next year also helped). The Last Of Us almost killed my PS3

Not a chance. They want to break opening day records. Can't do that with a rush release.

The game leaking online only adds to the hype. Pirates were never going to buy it.

The way PSN downloads for me I doubt I would have the full 18gb in 33 hours.

The way my internet connection is I would have downloaded everything on Monday and then I need to install everything. Not worth it for me, but I am glad there are some people who can download and actually not take so long with it.

The scale looks immense but I've always been more worried about interior environments and the world feeling sparse like IV did.

Definitely but it is not only the size that is wonderful but the sheer amount of detail packed into it as well. Nothing ever looks the same and around each corner there is something else to find.
