No one has ever taken performance impressions to a spoiler thread, so I don't see why they'd start doing so now, unless a mod is going to actually enforce it.
I know some people think GTA V is the second coming of Christ, but if this how far they want to go, they need to get a grip.
I think it has to do more with the fact that people who have played/seen the game are pushing their impressions on people who have avidly avoided seeing anything about it.
I want to go into the game with a completely fresh state of mind. I want to take my own analytic view to it without hearing anyone elses opinion first.

Those aren't spoilers, they've never been, and the rules don't suddenly change for GTA or any other game.

Yep, a buddy of mine warned me earlier, after he made his call having Roman ask me to go bowling. Said he made the mistake of checking out reddit, and was spoiled on 3 big things.

I've been spoiled by the Neogaf New Topics twitter account before. Since it catches topics even if they're quickly deleted, trolls can spoil you through a topic title. Had it happen with Halo 4.
Yeah, I wish they could have gotten it steady at 30. From what I've seen, the drops are when a serious amount of action is going, not when exploring and driving fast and stuff.. Which is good. Slowdown while speeding down the highway annoyed the shit out of me in GTA IV
There is virtually no one complaining about seeing technical impressions that hasn't left already.
It's the other impressions that bother people.

If it goes down to 25fps in hectic situations I'll be fine with that. It's only when entering the lower 20s is where it can get annoying.
I'm sure some of us have played IV using ENB with SSAA running in the 15 -20fps mark, before FXAA got ported over.
I remember playing it at those framerates, which I didn't actually know it was that low until I turned on FRAPS.

All that should be streaming off the disc is video and radio content, maybe cutscenes or something but all of the important stuff is on the HDD.

It's not that hard depending on what you consider a spoiler. I've seen a lot in the "SPOILER" thread, but none of it is really "nuclear spoiler" territory. And most of it that WAS heavy spoilers, members have been considerate enough to give warnings. Now my hunger is lessened and I can function like a normal human again, but I still don't really know anything.
It's really been no different than seeing gameplay demonstrations at E3. Y'know, without the developer lying about the console it's running on, or outright faking footage.

I dont remember any major FPS issues in GTAIV, RDR, or MP.
So if its anything like those games, it will be just fine.

Or maybe they'll release Majora's Mask on the 3DS at the same time the GTA V 3DS port arrives.

you don't need to download and install a physical release. I doubt PSN will even be functional on tuesday.
Ure not stupid but i ordered it dgtl because they said you could preload on monday. preload dgtl a day before+ unlock at 12n= Saved the trip + stuipid line and got the game on time.
