I played GTA3 so much when I was younger but GTA5 is much more graphic and has a bunch of nudity/sex scenes- not sure I would want my kids seeing that at a young age.

GTA 3 was child's play by the time it came out for me (nearing 14 at the time). I had already seen and played so many crazy violent movies and games throughout my life that it had no effect on me. Although I thought it was pretty awesome that I could mow down random civilians with a tank, hadn't done that in a game before.
The generation is ending and I don't want to pay for more xbox live. I will be buying the ps3 version for single player and online.

Yeah, that's how he played it. He has always loved cars, so for him it was more of an open world driving experience.
I was the opposite, I had grown up with 80's action films so violent media was the norm. The original GTA was a dream come true.

Btw, I was 12 when I started playing GTA 3. But I had to hide it from my parents though. I disguised the desktop shortcut as a Mario game. And once my dad caught me playing it. I told him it was just a Driver clone (thank God I was only cruising around in a Pony and did nothing violent when my dad caught me).
Not going to wait any longer than I have to to play the game. If it's as good as I hope it is, I have no problem double dipping whenever it comes out on PC/next gen.

Unlikely. R* said they don't want to do such big and pricey DLCs anymore, they want to make smaller and cheaper ones now.
Yeah, in theory I would like to wait to experience it on next gen first. But in reality there is no I have the will power to do so.

The problem with that is that I actually have some really good games in my backlog, and I fear playing them with all this GTAV pre-release hype will diminish their awesomeness.
Xenoblade is not turning into GTAV
They've said they have some "very interesting stuff" planned for for post-release content.
You know there's going to be a hefty amount of multiplayer DLC, but hopefully we get some single-player stuff as well. The IV episodes and Undead Nightmare for Red Dead were both great.

I was messing around and I failed the 2nd mission a couple of times and I got the option to press a button to skip. Never pressed it but I guess that's what you mean.

Oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan people getting the game left and right. Doing the digital preorder was a bad idea and I'm having a bad time right now.
Nope, there's no way I'm waiting more than three days to play it. If the game is truly as good as the hype I may double-dip on the PS4 version when/if it comes out.

I've spent the last two weeks playing through older GTA games to get myself ready for Tuesday! I'm pretty sure the graphics will blow me away... them PS2 era games while fun, are starting to look a little dated.
