Both were disappointing for me, though the Ghost/BBNG is still worth checking out I think. Some nice verses and BBNG sounds pretty good. Cannibal Ox is meh.

I've listened to TPAB three times now and my first lasting impression is that the second half is much stronger than the first. Which I guess is a good thing because of the context/narrative focus of the album.

It's almost too narrative focused though... I have a tough time just listening to a track on its own because it's far more enjoyable when experienced as part of the whole. Don't know if I'm the only one who has noticed that, but it goes to show just how good the album is when I have to nitpick
