I really doubt Netflix cared all that much, so it's not surprising that they never responded. It's not like Netflix is relying on on OITNB to get some high ratings to get paid by advertisers like a show on regular TV does. Netflix cares about subscribers, and while I'm sure there may be a handful of people that only subscribe to Netflix for OITNB, I think the vast majority of people subscribe for the many different shows and movies available. So I really doubt there is going to be any type of significant hit to Netflix subscriber count because people are going to cancel and just download the season off of Piratebay.

Torrent movie/show -> download PLEX -> launch PLEX on TV and it's the same thing as if you launched it through a legit alternative. But only you get to watch it sooner.

Reading Reddit it's not a whole season, looks like it'll be 13 again. There's also a lot of work yet to be done with things like effects missing and even some sound not dubbed.

Basically it's recommended to avoid until it's on Netflix unless you like incomplete versions.

From what I hearrrrrrr, they are slightly unfinished. For instance is some one is talking off screen (aka you dont see them talking) its jut a fill in voice. Also anytime someone is looking at a cell phone the words on the phone appear outside the phone too.
