Looking for a wallpaper for my phone. Can someone photoshop their faces closer together? Maybe make them really close together,as if it looked like they were about to kiss.

seems that Chief is considered the best spartan of all time?

He's speaking more to significance than skill. He's the Spartan, in the sense that he's the most important, best known one.

true...Chief is still probably the greatest spartan in the UNSC of all time in terms of just accomplishments, but not necessary raw combat skill

Chief is the best-known Spartan. A symbol of the program as far as most are concerned. Plenty others had more specialized skills or strengths, but he had luck and leadership alongside well-rounded talent.

John is the defacto leader of the SPARTAN II's he has the best field assessments and the ability to process create and act out plans. And don't forget his ability luck which has seen him through so much.
 
I hope they have a viral marketing campaign where they make a Kickstarter for a real Spartan project where they kidnap children and turn them into super soldiers.
 
So after looking at Team Locke up close, there are some slight differences between how they look in the poster and how they look in the H2A cinematics.

Look at [Romeo's] legs in H2A, and you'll notice that there is a red "Tron" strip going down the side, but if you look at him in the poster, the only strips on his armor are actually blue/teal.

Also, his visor in the poster looks to be more of a orangish-red, whereas in the H2A cinematics it's definitely lacking the orange hue.

Locke's helmet in H2A has a dark/black section on the front, but now the black is greatly reduced and showcases the beginnings of his yellow insignia on the helmet.

Not a lot of importance here, but I found it interesting none-the-less. It seems they've been planning to have these four specific helmets to match the characters for a while now. It's just neat to see how it matches now that they've stepped out of the shadows, and what characters fit what colored visor.

Gah that just reminded me of how bad the voice acting for Locke is. Not knocking Mike Colters acting chops as such, I haven't seen him act, but his voice acting isn't good at all. Especially when you're in a scene with Keith David.

Looking at the video again, it seems all of them have neon lines on their armor. I wonder if it's something that can be turned on/off. Not sure why they'd need them.. but.. I dunno.

Locke's helmet still seems dark to me, like it comes apart at that point I guess.

Edit: Actually, from the cover artwork, the are almost completely Non-Lit up (Not litted? Not lighted? There is an absence of light), including their visors. In the H2A trailers they're glowing. I would imagine you could/should turn that off for tactical reasons though.
