I imagine it will, since Penello mentioned Dynamic games. Halo 5 is one of those. But, who knows. Maybe nothing at all will change since 60fps is basically locked down for us.

And finally, we did a little testing on Xbox One backward compatibility. Again, you're far more likely to see the improvement here on 60fps titles that can't quite hit the performance target consistently, but it is there - sub-30fps dips in our Alan Wake's American Nightmare testing are much reduced on the Xbox One S. GPU power isn't really the issue with Xbox One back-compat, it's more the virtualisation of Xbox 360's CPU cores, so we suspect that boosts to games with real performance issues (Mass Effect, Halo Reach etc) are unlikely, but it's good to know that the graphics clock boost does indeed apply to all areas of the system.

I ain't got no updates for youse. TBH, while I know what's in the next updates, I don't think I've seen any HDR talk. Since MP especially is tuned for color as it relates to gameplay, that could lead to some unforeseen consequences - ie, Red team wins more on The Rig and so on.

Maybe for the next update we will see the troop warthog and wasps variants. If there will be any reqs in the next update. But I can dream. Also hoping with social objective they add some other objective game types cause oddball and richocet are in the game technically just not implimented.

Thanks for the link. It's what I expected, since they did say this was primarily a GPU upgrade than a CPU upgrade. I'm hoping the Scorpio's bolstered CPU will be good enough to emulate Reach again.

You mean the HCS team packs? For HCS team weapon skins obviously, a portion of the revenue goes to the teams. And yes they are not obtainable from normal packs.

Defend the Generators on Darkstar also needs a balance adjustment. The generators are impossible to defend if knights get in and they will get in.

I don't even know how some of these rounds made it through testing.

This felt good last night. Had a shocker previous game, like neg -8 or -10 something then started this game in beast mode with 9k 1d. The game progressed and I slowed down with us losing the wide lead we had right around 42 kills each side, sweaty palms set in fearing the loss but loving a close game...46 vs 46 all tied up...

Stop think about things and pull perfect timing/movement route to snatch the last 2 kills and win the game 50 vs 48.

I finally found a game in the Halo 3 playlist. Just tried Team Slayer again and it worked, but the options are SMG starts on Turf, AR/Magnum starts on Citadel, or Rat Race; H3 won.
