Good tip. And I've played with quite a few of you guys on MCC and back on 4/Reach. I don't post much.
Has anyone read the broken circle book? I'm about a third of the way done and I read it took place during Halo 2 which is clearly not the case.
Spotify ads are turrible. I was listening to Echosmith and then got an ad telling me to listen to Echosmith. Bitch, I already am.

Anyone interested in some CE Custom Games? FFA, BTB, 4v4 KotH on Chiron, CamoStickies FFA on HEH, Hog Wars, etc.
Also been thinking about streaming some 1v1's where I'll stand on top of Hang 'Em High and watch two people battle it out. There's no spawn influence for FFA just in case someone cries foul in spawn manipulation ;]
I'm down to rotate in the other games as well if people have Customs set up for those. Not looking for super serious matches here, just want to play some fookin HALO eventually.............

I had totally forgotten about a lot of Reach's marketing. There were those "remember Reach" live-action trailers that were pretty damn stupid (in that they didn't actually hype you up for what the video game was about) but overall there was a lot of great content for it.
I think ultimately the biggest letdown from the hype for me were those early shots of Nightfall. It really felt like going back to classic Truth and Reconciliation Halo, with those canyons and tuning fork Spirit dropships...
Nightfall really was a massive disappointment. What we got with Forward unto Dawn was pretty good, and that was only building up a minor character. The fact that they managed to screw up Nightfall is a real shame, especially because it completely failed to set up Locke as an interesting character.

Don't count on HaloGAF to set up weekday Halo 1 sessions. Hop on Twitch and chat in Halo 1 streams, get into games that way. More reliable, and players are more dedicated.
