True story, I haven't sent out the stuff since you sent me your address. I've mentioned it a couple times here but my life is crazy right now and you are currently on my back burner.I won a gaf giveaway once... but never got the prize.

No idea why BOTH didn't get there the first time but since I used regular mail I have no receipt to prove it. Ill try and make my way to the post office Monday.

Depends on how confident the publisher is. Sometimes it's much earlier.

It'll be a few days before. It likely won't be too early, as it's a big swoon in coverage when the reviews pop. Doing it too early leaves people a chance to come down from that hype (based on previous experiences on GAF and elsewhere anyway).
I'd guess maybe the 1st or 2nd.
Oh yeah, I got reallyyyyy lucky and got a sweet gig at a hospital in my hometown. So currently I am at my parents waiting to close on this house while still paying bills on an apartment two hours.
It's...hectic.
