Yes, we shouldn't make Halo 3 look so bad.
Perhaps if the camera tilted up a bit we'd see it. The sky is dark past the clouds in the back and we can't see all that far up.

Oh come on, Im not a huge fan of the shoulders or chest pieces, but this shot doesn't look bad. in fact, I'd argue the new armor looks way better here.

Pre rendered cutscene? I'm not going to get my hopes up until I see the final product. Halo Reach "Welcome to Reach" trailer vs the final product not the same.

Skybox in the screenshot from Halo 4 is very, very impressive. I can't wait to see the more impressive designs that will surely be in the game. There will probably be very busy skyboxes.
