Halo |OT4| Trust's a Tough Thing to Come by These Days

I think we just need a better game. I've played a lot of Reach maps that would have been great if we weren't playing Reach.

So, so true. Does Reach have good maps? I can't tell, because I hate how I move, the colors, the AAs, the Warthog handling, the broken Banshee, bloom, etc.

Good base gameplay makes maps better just as a by-product. And vice versa

This.... This is absolutely incredible.

O.O

All the DLC maps are pretty good IMO. As for vanilla maps, Powerhouse and Asylum are my favorites. Countdown/Zealot/Boardwalk/Reflection/Boneyard/Spire are tolerable for me. Not a fan of the rest.

Community things I'd like to see in Halo 4:

- 343 Favorite Community Maps (Possible playlist incorporating these.)
- Special Events like Gears of War 3
- In-game, promoted live competitive matches (Live Theater)
- Credits/Spartan Points awarded for best Screenshot/Clip of the Day (promoted in-game)

Damn, nice ideas! As for the first one, I'd definitely be fine with a 4v4 community playlist.

Just got back from biking and saw the new screens and HOLY FUCK BATMAN!!

Cept the AR, I wish it got more awesome looking like the BR. Oh well, I never use that thing anyway.

I think kyle's gotten to me a bit.
Can't help but look at those screens without thinking "cinematic framerate"

Still, so far Halo 4's looking to be the best looking game on 360.

Just sayin'

These new screens are 5 months before release, and I think the VGA trailer was released much earlier in Reach's release cycle(?). I figure at this point the way the game looks is more or less locked in, while in that Reach trailer that may not have been the case.
