It's a weird thing to say, but I like the female Spartan's face. So much better than whatever her name was in Reach. Some stand out pics:
Does anyone else thinks the snowy spartan ops pic with the crawler looks kinda weird? Don't know what it it, but something seems wrong.
Other pics look really good. Nothing to complain there.
The objects have some similarity.

I thought I was the only one, I can't find it either.Anyone in the Netherlands/Belgium has a site where they're ordering The Thursday war? I usually use bol.com but I can't find it there.
He makes a valid point, however halo games don't come out every year. I suspect at LEAST 2 years before Halo 5, I would prefer 2.5-3

- Waterstone in Amsterdam says it will release in 29 days.Weird. Normally, bol is pretty good with that stuff. You know any other reliable sites?
I feel like the people expecting a Classic playlist are going to be very disappointed come November. When Frankie said there will be playlists with restricted settings and loadouts I figured that meant things like Snipers and SWAT where AAs and Support/Tactical packages obviously won't be available.
Will there be a place for people who prefer a more stripped-down type of Halo game in Matchmaking at launch? -Overdoz1z
Yes. And Halo 4 Matchmaking modes will be more streamlined.
Complete?
Come on French folks, do yer thang.
Be careful of what you wish for, we don't want the ending leaked before the release.
Hmm. I wonder, maybe i should go to blackout till Nov 6th. Morrowind and World of Warcraft will keep me well occupied.
I was wishing for french fries, what you talkin' 'bout.
Uh huh. Regardless, I still have my doubts.I very much doubt this refers to SWAT or Snipers. It won't be a classic playlist though, just stripped from some elements of the game.
We wouldn't want to know what happens to the french fries. It is going to be some gruesome end anyway.
So, the flood spartans are the new living dead mode perhaps? They all have right handed "Swords".
Yep, they have a strong melee claw and enhanced vision.
Uh, what? They have perma Promethean vision (well, without the recoloring) or something?

Yeah, they could've spend their time working on Grifball.I'm glad they spent time and resources on Infection instead of doing it for other useless gametypes or mechanics
I am
Yeah, they could've spend their time working on Grifball.
oh...
I wonder if they classic Grifball and Infection gametypes are still around.Oh...
Well Infection and Grifball are what define Halo so I'm happy they dedicated their resources to both
And you can only use the melee that comes with the skin. BALANCE!You wait, the next preorder bonus for Gamestop will be the flood skin for you spartan for use in all multiplayer.
Screens are a thing of beauty. Ready to see those new Forge environments.
Congrats to 343 on the completion of Halo 4. Most of those screenshots look gorgeous. However:
This is not the Flood.

RIP CTF ;_;
Ahh, ok thanks. Haven't been around here much lately. :/Frankie made a post mentioning how that came about, but yeah secondary weapon isn't going to be there.
Well, it's an improvement over not having any sort of difference for infected players I guess. I don't think they should be compared directly to campaign representations because they're being designed to accommodate gametype needs and being played by people, but I'll agree that the aesthetic of them is very unlike the Flood we've known.Wish the combat forms looked better. I think the things that are bothering me are the less-whiplike claw and the fact that it doesn't look like the infection is sprouting out of the character--I loved Halo 2's Flood because it was the first time you could actually see how it pushed aside the Marine armor.
I guess the lack of over-armor is just so they don't have to deal with all the armor permutations, but it still seems like a misstep.

CTF? Get out you BK.
Infection and Grifbal have existed since Halo CE and are gametypes that require tremendous skill.
CTF is just some noob crap you play to boost your K/D
It was a bug but now it's a feature.Still no visible secondary weapon in the HUD?
