I'm all signed up and official like as a Bungie Beta Tester. It feels good.

Am I the only one who hates they tried to replace Active Camo and Over Shields with AA's? Then the on map versions of them are just balls....seriously.

Those aren't balls, that's a cube and a pyramid. The ones in Halo 3 were actually balls, though, which is why you might be getting confused.

EDIT: srs post: If you want them to look like the Halo 3 ones, the custom powerups are spherical and you can just tweak them to have the same attributes.

I miss those old designs. Much more unique that two energy spheres. Well, there is one thing I don't like and that is the color makeover they gave the Overshield in Halo 2. It looked much more impressive with the red tone(s) it wore in Halo 1.

True but you can't deny you've been posting constantly about how you think Halo 2 is better than every other Halo game. But I do agree, I like those better than the Halo 3 and Reach look.

They're using emails with b.net profiles, some may have been abandoned, deleted, or in case some of those people don't check their inbox regularly.

So I got the beta tester email and then went to fill it out and get an error that says "you certainly did your worst.... youll get a chance to try again later."

Is it just an error, or are Bungie being total fucktards and not letting me fill it out because I waited too long. [33 minutes]

I see I'm not the only one. Dick move, Bungie. If you're going to spam my personal email, my "my cellphone goes off when you email this" account don't pull the link a half hour later. I finished dinner and immediately ran to my laptop and it was already over.

It's because of an overload error. The new error message basically says we broke the servers or something. And theirs gonna be another chance sometime soon.

Whatever, as long as the email still works and such. Hopefully they address it in the news feed tommorow.
