Hmm, I had a discussion with a friend quite a while back with regards to Mads being hot or not. I'm starting to come around to her side of the argument, and I'm not sure that this is the reaction that poster is supposed to illicit.


I also believe that there is a synopsis or something like that floating around with that poster + another promo pic, all being part of some AXN promotion.

Man, so excited for this. I'm really glad I stuck with the show. Almost gave up on it with season 1 being so messy (but ultimately satisfying).

The official Hannibal Tumblr and FB pages like to post distressing gifs and pictures of Will cryin' in prison or creepy moments between Hannibal n' peeps or clips from the last episode of season two... which is definitely not helping the wait AT ALL. LIKE REALLY.

I can't wait for S3 to start, I swear. Every other show I'm watching, even the ones I love, are just filler until Hannibal starts. I gotta say, watching week to week is going to be TORTURE :(

At least it's on Thursday nights instead of Friday's this year.

It's also kind of funny how NBC Thursday's have deteriorated from the days of Seinfeld to Friends to Frasier to even recently with The Office/Parks and Rec/Community. They have no comedies left, so now Thursday is morbid serial killer night :p

Well even if NBC truly fucks absolutely everything up the show will be picked up by someone else, it is way too big overseas and way too cheap to make with it being an international co-production for it to die. So there is always that at least.

I wonder if the show is bad and that's why they're releasing it in bulk... Or maybe it sucks standing alone week-by-week but will be good if people binge it.

I'm trying really hard to justify this full season release move because it does seem like they were like, "Hannibal is in a good spot! Let's fuck with it some more!"

I am REALLY looking forward to this dynamic getting played out over a couple hours.

It seems weird to say it considering the show - but this looks almost FUN.

so does Alana make the trip to Italy? I know Jack and Will do.

I am a little disappointed that seemingly everyone is going to be making a full recovery from the events of season 2's finale. Maybe I shouldn't be jumping to conclusions based off of promo photo shoots.

I think it's safe to say that
Abigail is dead dead this time, at least.
And I think there's going to be some serious mental damage done to all the characters for sure.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure everyone's gonna be pretty fucked up mentally, and I wouldn't be shocked if
Alana's apparent "full recovery"
is only for these promo shots. At least I hope so. You'd think
she would at least be in a wheelchair

Oh for sure yeah, I meant more in regards to the main cast. Again though, promo art is probably not the best representation of how they'll be in the show. And I guess if I think about it,
pretty much all the wounds were survivable (Alana's being the worst)
, especially considering medics and police were basically there when the episode ended.

Doesn't matter though because I am so fucking excited for season 3 and nothing will change that. And Mikkelsen's suit jackets in some of those shots are glorious.
