Well ill be playing this game, but every time I try to love this game i get punished for it. Because lets be honest those visuals are rather lousy at best.

Well at least the environment might be decent.

If the actual uncompressed screenshots looked that bad then I don't think the game should be released.

Agreed. I actually stayed away from TH for ages, but seeing some videos a few months ago got me really interested.

There are things that aren't so hot (the video on the marketplace of Baldur meeting the first boss is quite awkward) but I think there's a chance it could turn out quite good.

Running the game into the ground at every little thing is silly.

If the future is something you'd see in Robo Cops Visor then yes.

It looks like a design from the eighties of what future tech would look like.

Yeah, it's always looked like that so I'm not sure why complaints are coming out now.

Although I would probably like to see it being a bit more compact and possibly at the top of the screen so it doesn't cover up the enemies.

If they're worried about it covering your view when just walking around, have it at the bottom so it doesn't interfere with your view so much when looking around, but move to the top when engaging in battle. Or not.

I don't believe the HUD is ugly, but I do wonder why its angled like that. Is it for the in-game dude to glance at or the player? Would it not be cool if he just turned his head and said: "Nice still 100%"
