I hear this snippet of a song that goes like "and now it's time to take my life away" before it cuts to the announcer--then after it cuts back, the only thing audible is "Whoooaaaa-ooooohhhh."

Anyone know what it is?

6.8 was the score given to Shenmue way back in the day on GameSpot by GAF poster mosiac.

It was, of course, hyped up to amazing proportions.

Then GameSpot gave it a 6.8.

Eventually, fanboy bitching got it bumped up to a 7.8, but it still lives on like 7.9 (Mario Kart: DD IGN score) and C- (Ninja Gaiden Gaming-Age score).
