Some of you people should stop watching live presentations and just read the news on your favorite site, later. I mean seriously.

Nah, this is more fun.
Even when boring.

This is so boring.

Does ANYONE give a shit about this stuff these days? I mean, between your Wii/X360/PS3/PS4/XONE,laptop/rocku, fire, chromecast, and smart tvs...

... like, it's too damn diluted. Like, is there THAT much money in this space?

Exactly.

Apple's new TV app has all your content organized in one app! (Unless you use Ultraviolet, VUDU, Google, MSFT, or Amazon to buy things...)

Android TV has this, as does the Google Cast app for your Chromecast.

It's pretty much default media box UI now.

whooooo cares. It's TV. it works like the other billion tv apps.

Exactly, this is a complete joke...

rofl at people defending this nonsense....

LMAO ... "its going to completely change how we watch tv'......

these people are full of themselves...

This thing is essentially TVii (even stole the name). Not a bad idea but it seems to have most of the same downsides.

When Tim was talking I thought maybe they were doing some sort of HDMI pass through TV app like the Xbox One had. That would have been much cooler.

No one cares about TV.

I care even less about live TV or live anything.

I fucking hate when the FaceBook or YouTube apps waste my time notifying me that someone has gone live.

I don't care about live content.

It's 2016. I'll watch it later if I feel like it.

I'm cringing so hard here

That TV app, all the way to the icon, is a terrible concept.

No one had any trouble opening different apps to watch shows.

We need a better selection of video at a bundled price, Apple, duh.
