The 20% were things go wrong, they really go wrong. And this 80/20% an average, some players can be experiencing more positive matches, while some experience more awful ones. The closer to the middle you are, the better your matches likely are, the higher or lower you are, the bigger some of the swings can be.
That said they're working on a new matchmaking system they'll likely be going over in tomorrow's HotS panel.

Cho'Gal is this month with Lunara and Greymane next. Tracer is down the road.
I imagine Lunara's leaping ult is about as safe Kael'thas wading into the middle of an enemy team.
Also how is a wisp any different from Far Sight or other global/AoE vision skills that don't involve the visible sentry drone. Kael'thas, The Monk, Rehgar, Tass...so many other heroes have vision skills.

Also the dota2 comparisons really piss me off. It's stupid. Dota 2 is unique, no-one else other than Valve and steam could do that, and yet it means people know expect complete high production value games completely for free. I know Kirblar has talked about it as well, and I hate to use the phrase because it sticks in my throat after mass effect 3, but gods are a lot of gamers entitled idiots.

Different because it's her E so she's not giving up any damage talents to get it.
If KT just had farsight without having to give up fission bomb or range on E or whatever tier it's on it would be sick.
On mobility: At 20 KT is often seen blinking in towards enemies. Now imagine if his blink had two charges and you got it at 10. So I don't think it's actually that risky.

Imagine a vision tool replacing Lapsed Gravity, Flamestrike or Fission Bomb. Yeah KT passes on a talent that increases damage of an ability for global true sight but Lunara straight up has one less damage ability. She's like a Dota support in that she's a support without a heal, she has DoT's, debuffs and vision tools.
I think she's a support hero that's been classified as a ranged assassin to avoid being called a shitty support.
Everything about her screams poke. (Even has Nazeebo's DOT)

While I'm rooting for Cloud 9, all I know is this: whoever is the champion better have a team comp that includes Mechatassadar, medic uther, and then maybe Demonic tyreal. Then some jaina, sylvanas, or zeratul, or even Candy King mauridin. Selfish but I want a discount on that Mechatassadar...
