Dude I know! I was stunned when I saw what he looks like. Voice does not match his face in the slightest, it's honestly a bit shocking lol.
I also imagined Beau as a big fat guy, but he's just an old school nerd with a ponytail.

Brawl makes me realize we still need the AI from OW as an announcer.
I'm building him around his W, the rest is zoning people with it and setting traps with pylons and E. Only map I struggle a little is Hanamura since it's very wide so zoning becomes harder since there are less tight chokes.

Once you feel comfortable on at least two heroes in each role (MT, support, ranged assassin, bruiser)
I would craft that in a second if it was available.

That's going to be a fascinating flip, going from 3 of the most fragile chars in the game to someone who is damn near unkillable. You won't be doing much killing either, but as Jo that's not your job anyway.
I'd say, for Ranked, in addition to your current 3 assassins you need to be comfy with 2 tanks, 2 support / specialists (at least one of them needs to be a healer), and maybe a bruiser.
Also, if you end up liking supports, just like there are burst and sustain assassins, there are burst and sustain healers and it can't hurt to be comfy in one of each. Neither is "better," it just depends on what you are going up against.
They actually teased Athena as an OW character earlier this year, so if she's got a good kit for HOTS, we might see her sooner rather than later.

It's funny how I can play Lucio in HOTS almost the same way as in OW without skipping a beat (no pun intended). My bf and I have been wrecking with him and Rexxar (and Misha) since she counts for the "when at least 2 allies are nearby" effects and the movespped makes hit and run tactics ez (our favorite things to do). He's pretty good, playing 5 vs others doesn't seem like much of a grind this way.

this week brawl just feel bad. a basic OW payload mode.. but i got my chest so i'm done lol.
Yeah that's the one. Red, blue, and the third tint is colored "goth af". It's a nice skin.
Kinda hosed on getting it til the holidays though =.
Watching some Chromie videos and now I understand why I sometimes get DELETED by her in games, that W/Q combo is disgusting dear sirs, it is appalling and downright abomimable.

Probius can build around any one of his basic abilities. Each of the play styles has different strengths and drawbacks so figuring out which one is appropriate for the situation is the big thing with him. I personally prefer Warp Rift and Photon Cannon builds, deciding on which depending on the map.
You can have more than one Cannon up but only if his cannon hits enough opponents to get the cooldown to reset. It's actually kind of neat when both are up and then you hit Pylon Overcharge to get those firing during a team fight.
Anyway, been playing Azmodan today since I've been spending a lot of time in the game since the Nexus Challenge. His Globe build that doesn't involve Taste for Blood is pretty effective. It can't snowball like the other one but it does more than enough damage and the additional range on it lets Azmo throw Globes from near mid-lane into or the two other lanes after you get the quest done for Sieging Wrath.
It's the only lunar skin I like, and it's soooooooo good. Turquoise skin with the turquoise magic carpet mount is a perfect match, and she looks amazing.

It's okay, but the portrait for it is *terrible* when you select her in draft or in game. Her face is way too fat, it looks like she's got mumps.

Sylv is kinda broken in quickmatch because most people just let her do her thing and...welp. Just had a Hanamura where they also had a Sylv, and I told our Genji "bro, your job the whole game is to stay on whatever lane Sylvanas is and harass her ass" and he actually did exactly that and she couldnt do shit while I just casually took both their forts and shit.
Oh for sure. I dread Valeeras. Thats why I told that rando Genji to be on her the whole game. When I said shes broken in QM its because in general ppl have no map awareness and what not. Kinda like Alur saying Varian is OP in QM because ppl dont know how to deal with him.
edit: holy shit this cursed hollow comeback tho... yeah im stoping here, Im not gonna top this game for now. Starts horribly, imediate "gg" "noob team" "idiots" etc, but somehow slowly but surely we start winning team fights,and eventually defend a core rush, get their boss and do another TF at their base where we win and get the core. We were down to our core I think. This fucking game sometimes, I sware...

She's usually pretty easy to kill for stealthies though, especially Zeratul. I love seeing a Sylvanas on the opposite team when I play him. She can't get away even with Banshees because of vorpal blade (if she can't retreat behind a fort or towers) and I can still e after her if she has double banshees.
Well, Varian is broken because of how the matchmaking sytem works currently. He isn't classified as a tank because you can techincally pick twinblades or colossus smash. So you can get into matches where the other team doesn't have a tank but when you pick taunt at 10 your team suddenly has one. It's not that people don't know how to deal with him (though that's certainly the case as well) but if you get a decent team there's usually literally nothing the other team can do. That's why they're fixing that in the next patch.

I'm trying really hard to like Cassia but holy crap does she feel terrible to play. Just awful, awful stuff. You have to play her as a ranged AA'er but her range is essentially melee. Can't use Fend unless you just want to instantly die. Her Q is boring and fairly insignificant. Buuuuut her ults are fun, so she's got that going for her, which is nice.

man, mechanically a lot of these characters feel like dogshit.
I love Cassia, and think she's one of the best ranged heroes in a long time. Complex but really powerful in the right circumstances, and I love her basic kit.
Played a few QM & vs AI games to get the Genji skin.
Goddamnit, this game is still kind of fun. I like it in short bursts. It gets a little tiresome after 3+ games, but maybe that's because I was pounding out Beginner bots to earn the skin ASAP. I think I'll come back to it regularly when I can. Visuals are still kind of muddled, but I appreciate it having less complexity than League. It's a nice game for late nights where I don't have enough brain power to go hard w/ soloQ.
