They've had a lot of marketing with Microsoft and they'll even have a playable demo on the XBOX ROG Ally during Gamescom.
It would be super weird to showcase their game on the MS Handheld and then a couple of days later announce it's a timed Nintendo exclusive

I know for a fact (at least thats what i've heard) it will be playable on the Nintendo and XBox Booth at gamescom. It will also come out on PC so don't worry about being tied to a system.
