Only forensic evidence will confirm this. Until that happens, the victims families will never have closure. Circumstantial evidence will not close this case. Not saying it isn't him, but need a DNA or fingerprint match to put this to bed. At the very least, some unmailed Zodiac letters with identical handwriting and themes found in one of his old properties or something.

Just compare his DNA to that found on the stamps of the cipher letters. Case closed?
