Co-op yes, versus no. Tank controls are fine for playing against zombie-like AI, but I couldn't imagine using them in a competive environment.

And with RE4's frantic gunfights...never played RE Outbreak but I'm pretty sure the action isn't nearly as engaging as RE4's. There's a lot of co-op potential for RE4. Maybe PS2 version? :lol
