Out of pocket? $40 for Zelda from the Best Buy Visa Checkout deal. Traded in dusty Wii U and games at gamestop to basically cover the Switch.

Out of all that, I have the Switch and 1-2 Switch fully paid for. It might not seem like the wisest $600-$690 I've ever spent, but the vast majority of this will be paid using Gamestop credit, which is pretty much just play money thanks to CAG.

So $474. I'm considering Snipperclips too for something more unique to try out. I'd get 1, 2 Switch if it were like $20. $60 is insane for what should have been a pack-in. Might consider Bomberman too if it's not $60-goddamned-dollars.

I am undecided since I don't know if the digital games will run fast enough of the sd card.

2 much. Two units (for play when we have guests), extra joys, power, cases, and games, probably around $1k. We have two wii u that we have used for mario kart racing and for whatever reasons friends and family who visit always look forward to playing it. So this system looks likes its more like wii in that local play is a big part of it. If this works out I can see probably picking up another system before next holiday since it supports up to 8 locally.

I'm debating getting another pair of Joy-Cons but Best Buy doesn't have the Red or Blue ones up for pre-order yet and if I do, I want to pick up the charging cradle for the Joycons, which will be $33 or so. I'll probably pick up a carrying case and a screen protector so that'll probably be about $35.

Right now, I'm at $358 but that'll jump to at least $388 with the screen protector and carrying case.

I don't understand this line of thinking at all. Buy it or don't buy it because of the games, it's a gaming device... you don't play with the processing power. Plus the "tech" is not outdated at all lol.

But I'll probably cancel some of those accessories. I don't think I'll really need the pro controller. My hands are not that big. The charging grip is not necessary either, since I'm sticking to only one set of Joy-Cons for now. Also, I'm looking for Puyo Tetris pre-orders, which I can't find anywhere, and am not sure if it releases day one in Europe.

Pre-ordered a Switch. Probably going to pre-order an extra set of JoyCons and the charger to make sure that my boys are well supplied and serviced if the need should arise.

I will probably just walk into Target and pick up Zelda and 1,2 Switch on launch day.

System is coming via Amazon. Definitely getting Zelda, but not sure about the second game.

Well with Washington sales tax I cut back a bit and only preordered a neon Switch and Zelda with same day-delivery to work (have to work release day.) So $461-ish for the Switch and BotW lol. Will prolly grab Snipperclips too, for a grand total of about 490 USD.
