Buying Nintendo, Bethesda, Blizzard, Capcom, and some minor ones.
Nintendo - and I'll just make the Legend of Zelda games back to the dark fantasy style of Majora Mask/Ocarina of Time/ Wii U tech demo instead of focusing on the ugly looking style of the current Zelda. And also the Mario Party but make it cool like Mario Party 3 again.
Bethesda - Elder Scrolls VI and Fallout 5 - just keep rotating between them and work on both at the same time and pump one out every 4 to 5 years.
Osidian - just focus on Fallout New Vegas 2 or another big budget Fallout game
Capcom - Just focus on making Resident Evil games so we'll get 1 each year at least.
Blizzard - focus on WoW, Warcraft 4, Starcraft 3, and Starcraft Ghost.
Insaomiac - just focus on Ratchet and Clank games.

2. Remove coffee and wine from cafeteria and replace them with energy drinks
3. Instantly stop GT7 developement and leave it as it is.
4. Force heads to start GT8 project
5. Force them to prepare production plan for 1000 cars and timeframe.
6. Reduce quality of cars until you hit 4 year timeframe for those 1000 cars
7. Separate team will be headed out by gameplay programmers who won't be able to get out of building until they come up with 200 multi stage events covering everything from shitbox sunday racing to 24lm endurance racing to car golf.
8. If Buggati comes with their vision car show them the fucking door, we don't have time for fantasy cars
9. Not allow production of any super/hyper car until 800 shitboxes are in the game covering everything from 70s to 2020s
10. Go over single most sold car for each year and make sure they are in the game.
11. Each shitbox will have their own variants as well, so volkswagen golf FSI1.4, TDI1.9, R32 etc. but minimal bodywork associated with it, like a badge but not full every shitty detail.
12. Online team splits in two. One for pro racing and establishes car list for legalized racing ala GTsport/GT7 other team focuses on race weekends, car meets events etc. Each manufacturer for example will have their own car meets, track days etc. ala GT5 custom lobbies.

Then I gift them all their studios back with more money in their pocket, start my own studio and let Sean Murray, Jonathan Rogers, Mark Roberts and Guillaume Boucher-Vidal act as game designers in an advisory role for my own game, subcontract Kojima Productions and let Kojipro develop it (with the help of the teams I previously bought and then gifted back, they'd do it out of good will but will be paid of course) while Kojima injects ideas into my design team. Who writes? Don't know, maybe Joakim Mogren

I recreate Visceral Games with all the Dead Space 1/2 original team members and order them to remaster all 3 and make a new trilogy, still with VR (optional) support.
Also I get back the original and true Isaac Clarke and all others characters from the original game, not the Orange piss Isaac and rainbow crew parody we got from "Dead Space Deep Shit Remake Woke Edition".
BONUS if I have enough money: I will buy all physical remaining stock of Dead Space Joke Remake and pay NASA to send them directly into the sun and ask them to send me a video of the burn which I will forward to every single person who was working on this shit, then, I remove Dead Space Joke Remake from every single digital store from the world and delete all possible sources.

This is the easiest answer I've ever had on this forum. The vast majority of my favorite IP are Capcom owned, so that would be a dream come true. I honestly wouldn't change much, I'd just try to take control of the micro transactions train they're riding into the shit pit and change policy before they fuck up all the good will they've built, which honestly they already have with thousands of people so it may be too late. Their pricing for SF6 is some of the scummiest in the industry, up there with MK1, and I hate that Capcom doesn't realize that you'll build more long term good will with players if you leave free to play pricing out of premium titles. Capcom knows how to make incredible games, they just need to chill out on the greed, and yes you can be plenty profitable without that goofy shit.

Buy Matsuno and build a new studio that just makes spiritual successors to Vagrant Story and Tactics Ogre, then buy Square Enix and cancel everything that isn't Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest related. Merge Matsuno's studio back into SE as a partner heading a new creative business unit dedicated to Ivalice games, with 3 main titles being 1. A tactics style game, 2. traditional RPG, 3. Action RPG.

We're going to have new turn based final fantasy and new dragon quest every year alternating. Also, Xenogears full remake with a newly realized disc 2, FF6 Remake (FF7 style but we're gonna keep the plot mostly the same), Terranigma FF7 style remake, and lots more.
I'm going to spent through all that money in a decade but it'll be glorious.
