I remember buying the original Metroid Prime for literally $2.99 years after it was originally released. I don't know why but it was always insanely cheap even as early as 08-09. I've always been a big Nintendo fan but never managed to try out the series. One day I finally bit not sure what to expect. I was floored, the game is a perfect 10. That summer I played every Metroid game and became a huge fan of the series. Hopefully a new one is announced this E3.

Best 3 Bucks I ever spent.

Nice. I remember I used to be good at F-Zero GX. I even manged to beat all the story missions on the hardest difficulty. Too bad I lost my memory card.

That's an accomplishment because that game was genuinely, brutally hard.

It's not a dismissal, it's an explanation for how they got it to 60fps. You want higher performance, then something's gotta give, and Retro got it by shrinking down room size and onscreen objects to the bare minimum. Doesn't make it any worse necessarily. It worked fine for the kind of game they made.

What is this small rooms nonsense? The Prime games are just like the rest of the Metroid series. There are plenty of rooms of all size, ranging from tiny to gigantic.

Just dropping by to say that F-Zero GX is fucking radical and everyone should go find a copy to play. More proof of how great GX is.

Or, y'know, a new F-ZERO game would be cool... Stop rehashing the old classics, make some newer groundbreaking games again Nintendo.

I'll take both GX HD and UX, please.
