I'm trying to find a music video I saw about 6 months ago while working out at the gym. The problem is, I can't remember the song or who sings it, just what happens in the video. So it's basically these two guys walking down a remote street at night and the encounter different people along the way. I think they walk past an accident scene? I know that's not a lot to work with but hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.

There's this movie I always used to watch at my friend's house, I obviously can't recall it's name. It's about a lazy boy who is forced by his dad to get a paper delivery route. He befriends this pack of nerds at the job and they operate from a garage. Thing is, there are some bad kids with a car that steal their routes. And on the route there are a bunch of obstacles the kid has to go through, like two kids on a treehouse that throw stuff at him, a dog, etc. Also, there's this blonde he likes and takes to a baseball game or something at the end. Must have been a 90s movie.

Paper Brigade?

Here's one for you guys. I had this really old VHS tape of a cartoon. Now, that I think of it, it seemed to be an anime style adaption of The Jungle Book. On the front cover of the VHS box was a.......wait, nevermind. found it. :lol

Looking for the name of a toy construction kit.

There were plastic rods and 6 direction joints in the set. The rods had grooves that let you place flexible panels in your construction.

back in the day my mom use to rent horror movies when i was kid and their was this one movie that scared the crap out of me, but i barely remember any of it now. maybe someone can help.

their were these grotesque human like monsters dressed kinda of punkish carrying weapons and i think they were killed by rain or maybe was it that they only came out during the rain. damn it i cant really remember that part. sorry.
I also remember a scene where a group of teenagers were trapped in a car surrounded by these monsters and also a stare down between one of the monsters and one of the teenage characters while it was raining. also from what i remember it seems like a 80's movies.

sorry i know its not much info.

The other movie is a black and white Italian film (Italian language too) from the 50's or 40's about a young boy under the age of 10 trying to find his mother. The boy travels by sea to buenos aires, argentina in buenos aires he meets some fellow italians from genoa in one scene with these men the boy makes them pasta with pesto. The boy eventually finds his mother in an monistry in peru i think, his mother has became a nun.

The the movie is really long definitely over 2 hours and i think it is set around the turn of last century or around 1910

Late-as-fuck-reply: I'm pretty sure this gotta be an adaptation of Edmondo de Amicis' "From the Apennines to the Andes" (itself a short story contained within the book "Heart"); there was an anime called "3000 Leagues in Search of Mother" (aka "Marco") also based on that story.

And if it isn't, it's a goddamn ripoff because it's the same damn story :lol

I also have a request... it was a live-action show I watched on the latin american version of Discovery Kids back in the 90's. The spanish title was "La Computadora del Tiempo" ("The Time Computer") but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the original title. I remember some vague details - mostly that it was set on a spaceship, that the ship crew used to bring back famous/important people from the dead to ask them questions (like Einstein or Newton), and... if I remember correctly, apparently the main characters were some kids who had to go to the spaceship via putting a CD (which had the slogan "knowledge is power", which was a recurring phrase) on their computer. Something like that.

I don't remember the movie very well, but I do remember it not being very good. The problem is that it is bugging me. It was a movie in the late 90's early 2000's about some teens in rich families that had special powers. Reminded me of The Craft somewhat, but their abilities were supposed to be a secret. I remember there being a scene where one of the teens was driving a car very fast, and manipulated it somehow. There was also a "showdown" at the end between two of the teens, one of which was more powerful than the other.

Sorry, I know it isn't a lot to go on, but it has been bothering me and I need to get it figured out.

Anyone know this movie:

It was a Japanese film I believe about a government experiment on soldiers where they injected them with something and they could turn their limbs/body into guns. It ended with the main hero having 2 kids who inherited the ability, he trained them up to use it but one day they saw him smack his wife and they shot him dead.

I remember my dad taping it off the tv years ago but I could never remember the name.

I'm going to murder someone if i don't find this song.

Ok, heres what I have to go on;

1. It involves a piano
2. Its rather slow
3. There are no lyrics (as far as I know)
4. Its fairly popular because I've heard it in more than one place.
5. It was used on Top Gear on at least one occasion (looked up Top Gear songs but there are just too many to go through)
6. It's beautiful?

Helpppppppppppppppppppp

If you can track down at least one occasion it's used in, I assume you (or others) could peruse the track by episode list posted recently.

There is this song that played at the end of this movie I saw a long time ago. The movie had some race for mentally or physically challenged college age kids. And this one guy won the race because he saw the girl he liked.

-song played during the race
-female singer

Ok, here's one for all you people into older movies. The movie I'm trying to remember is from the 30s or so and I think maybe the main actress was Ingrid Bergman. Whoever it is the main character is a Southern Belle type that moves to New Orleans and she has two helpers that follow her everywhere. One is a mean black woman (who appears to be played by a white person in the the most unconvincing make-up ever) and a midget.

Crap.

There was this music video where these two dudes pass each other, at first they just kind of nod at each other, but they show them passing the same spot every day and their greetings get more and more elaborate until they're doing 20-step handshakes. It was a house video I think, but it might have been hip-hop.

Was looking for it, but there's this band called "The Secret Handshake," and there are about ten hundred kajillion fan videos by teenage girls for their crappy music. WTF?

I wanna bump this in hopes that someone has seen this movie lately:

I don't remember the plot or anything like that. Just one scene always popped out to me.

These two men are fighting in what seems to be a rice field, after the good guys arm has been cut up and mutilated the bad guy tears the arm off. The good guy stumbles back a little, but slowly his arm starts to regenerate from the blood and water. From this point on he continues to fight and then stabs the other guy with a spear.

Anybody know the movie?

i got one:

a cartoon in which a character rolls a very loose cigarette. i'm thinking it's even possible that someone accidentally or purposefully gets rolled up inside the cigarette, puffed a few times, then put out? maybe someone who is small, or mini'd?

i'm leaning toward something involving mickey mouse but i can't be sure.

unfortunately not--i just watched it recently--but it's something very aesthetically similar, unless my memory betrays me. that's why i postulated perhaps mickey's christmas carol, in which the giant also appears, iirc.

I was coming in here to edit it because it didn't feel right although the animation quality is similar.

I think Mickey's involved a lot of snuff but no cigarette and I vaguely remember the cigarette exploding with the giant looking at it. I'm sharing the pain now.

So I just finished watching the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia episode "Sweet Dee Has A Heart Attack". The one where Mac and Charlie get a job to get health insurance. They kept singing that 80's song that's like "day bow bow...chicka chickaaaah"

What the hell is the actual name of it? :lol

edit: ahh, found it!

I don't remember if this was a movie or short or something.

Tom Hanks in some office, it's really dimly lit with a green florecent lighting and there were guys who were all zombied out working there. I think after a while he goes nuts telling them they're all a bunch of drones or zombies and how the work is a crazyhouse.

A couple of things...

The first one is a movie or TV episode. Maybe from the 80's. A guy escapes from these creepy people, I'm thinking vampires, in an estate or house and then he gets picked up in the rain on the side of the road. The guy drives him unknowingly back to the house and then turns around in the car and snarls at the camera and it ends.

Also..

A movie with Sam Neill or a guy who looks like him in which he's at a halloween party dressed as an astronaut and the party members are devil worshippers and the world opens up and hell is on earth. I'm pretty sure it's not Sam Neill but this guy who looked like him and he also recently died.

Back from partying with the RZA and Elijah Wood and Yoshiro Nishimura, to provide GAF with the answers it needs.

Ahem.

David Lynch's On the Air (might be another show, but I'm hoping that is the right one)

[EDIT- The show you might be thinking of has a "town" name, I think. Not call letters.]

My friend and I were trying to figure this out last night but no amount of google searching on my part could figure it out (he was giving me the details of something he was trying to remember).

It was on tv in 2002/2003, so it might have been a network original movie (but he doesn't remember the network). A woman named Adrian leaves a mental hospital and goes to work for a woman who, as you find out at the end of the movie, killed her sister Shauna out of jealousy. Anyone have any clues?

I need two: I know what one is and can't find it, the other I can't fully remember.

1. They used to run an old clip during the holidays on MTV that was "Santa... the man, the myth, the slam dancer" and it showed a clip of a mosh pit with a cartoon santa going through the crowd. Oh, and Santa was spelled with anarchy signs for the As.

2. An old Vincent Price PSA for trick or treating, probably 1980-1983 in there somewhere. It's very similar to his Easter Seals PSA that's on YT, but I clearly remember a glow stick in his hand, and a warning about looking over candy before eating it. Does anyone else remember this?

I'd love to see either.

Cant think of the name of this movie. I saw it on Netflix.

It has a guy who works at a grocery store i think.
And he develops this ability to like stop time.
He can like walk around the people in the store and interact with them, but they are all like frozen in place.

Was the first result on google though: http://www.google.com.au/search?q=g...2ZwfAM&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&ved=0CCYQ_AU

It's called Cashback starring the Griffindor Quidittch captain.

I guess I will take a shot 80's movie illegal street racing movie. So a teenage kid gets into a street race and gets killed (i dont know if he was killed in the race or they kill him after the race) He come back in some mysterious black car and gets his revenge crashing the gang of street racers.

I think a girl was involved I'm not sure if he had a girl and the guy who killed him took his girl or the gang who killed him also killed his girl and is the motivation for revenge.

Also I am not sure but for some reason I think it was in a post apocalyptic world I may be wrong but I do remember it seemed like a lot of the races ended up in a long desert highway.

I saw it when I was kid and thought it was awesome

The Wraith

I remember when I was younger my sister and her friends rented this movie from Blockbuster, and I recall walking into the room and catching one scene. Some young guy who I seem to recall looking similar to Shawn from Boy Meets World is standing in front of a mirror with a confused expression. He lifts his shirt to reveal a bullet hole in his abdomen, which he feels around a bit before saying, "Oh my God, I really AM dead."

Another one-- I remember some guys in a convertible. I think they were egging on some other people to race or were hitting on girls or something. Anyway they end up crashing into the back of a truck carrying logs, causing them to get buried in sawdust and sticks. It could have actually been the same movie as above, I have no idea.

Isn't this how the chicken scene went in Stand By Me? I remember a truck, not sure about the logs.
