Thermaltake Core V21 - inexpensive, looks nice, relatively compact, just big enough to fit the biggest GPUs
Corsair Bulldog - expensive but cool, console like case. includes PSU, liquid cooling support for CPU+GPU for $200 or $300 with motherboard. GPU length upto 11.6" (stock 1080ti is ~10.6")?
Bitfenix Prodigy - older standard for this type of mid-mini case, I like the handles etc.
Phanteks Evolv Shift (when it is released)
NZXT Manta (bigger case for a mini ITX)
