..... if it actually exists, Did Yu Suzuki ever mention if he did do one more Shenmue game it would be final or possibly an ever going saga similar to Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest?

Ofcourse he'd need a huge amount of funds for it but really what was his original plans for the Game (Saga?)
