It doesn't feature Aloy.
So?uh? Japan Studios was closed in 2021
For a crowd that bitches about remasters and remakes you sure as shit create a lot of topics asking for said things. Why not ask for a sequel instead? Same crowd bitched about the artistic integrity of Demon Souls. If they released a 60fps patch it wouldn’t be enough because it needs to have RT. Miyazaki not involved, fuck you Sony. It’s the same thing over and over again.
That operation of Japan that helped with 3rd parties still exists though, through Xdev Japan.Japanstudio helped heavily with blood borne and no longer exist. That is a largely speculated obstacle. Also it’s highly likely they remake it at some point with blue point maybe for ps6 launch, something like that
......
Either that or it's currently in the works. That is the only thing I can think of. They have internal numbers that say it isn’t worth it.
They remaster everything else.
They tend to announce stuff early. So I think they would want this pop.Either that or it's currently in the works.
What the fuck is your point?......
seriously what's your point? that it still exists in our hearts and that they can work on bloodborne with the power of love or what?
It is a game rich in details...
Japan Studio and From Software did a great job.
Hermen Hulst is a moron who prefers Concord to giving excellent games.
Japanstudio helped heavily with blood borne and no longer exist.
Because Japan Studio no longer exists.
Japan Studio is defunct
That's because sony japan studios no longer exist.
It’s probably Japan studio being pared down to just Asobi
The moment you bring up Japan Studio is the moment you're wrong (in the case of bolded, utterly wrong), but even if we assumed that Japan Studio had any significant role into the creation of Bloodborne that wasn't your standard production work, nothing has stopped Sony from porting games made by closed studios in the past; see Yarudora Portable (Sugar & Rockets) on PSP or Wipeout Omega Collection (Studio Liverpool) on PS4, for example. They closed the studio in charge of co-developing the game alongside From Software.
Death Stranding Director's Cut on PS5 was a thing.Notice how none of their games from ps3 or ps4 have been remastered? We're lucky we got DeS remake before they closed.
This is a true possibility, but I personally don't see a remaster being too much for the team. And that's, of course, assuming that it would be made by an external studio (either From itself or some porting company out there), because Nixxes could do it on its own.Its more than likely that Xdev has its hands full
Bloodborne 2 and Gravity Rush 3.Imagine a $400 million Bloodborne 2.
Japan Studio actually made the remakes, but Bluepoint of course helped a lot. The thing is that we're not getting a Bluepoint remake because they're just not able to do it without another studio leading the project for them, and Team Asobi will just not as Bloodborne doesn't fit their family-oriented direction.I doubt Japan Studios is the obstacle. They never remastered their own games anyway. Gravity Rush, Shadow of the Colossus, and Demon's Souls were remastered/remade by Bluepoint. So the easy solution is to just have Bluepoint remaster BB.
This is along the lines of what I've been thinking - there must be some sort of legal barrier that's holding up / preventing a remaster, that Sony don't want to make public.I'd bet their contract with From Software is that only From can update the game
With an Until Dawn remaster existing this if the most likely reason or that they want it as a PS6 release game. This is along the lines of what I've been thinking - there must be some sort of legal barrier that's holding up / preventing a remaster, that Sony don't want to make public.
Possibly FROM would want a lot of royalties, etc. from it, or the original contract for the game mentioned PS4 specifically, meaning Sony can't bring it to PS5 / PC without having to negotiate with FROM.
Perhaps, behind closed doors, the two companies aren't on great terms right now.
Miyazaki publicly said that there is no point on making it now, that he prefers to wait at least two generations as they did with Demon's Souls to have a noticiable difference. Why haven’t they?
Because Japan Studio no longer exists.
So according to you Death Stranding Director's Cut, Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, Astro Bot, Convallaria, Lost Soul Aside, Death Stranding 2, Physint don't exist?uh? Japan Studios was closed in 2021
I'm sure SBI would love to give it a try.Couldn't push DEI with Bloodborne I guess.
Yes, but surely it's sold more than Until Dawn, and that just got a remaster.
None of that makes sense from a business standpoint. Sony owns the IP, they can do what ever they want with it.I'd bet their contract with From Software is that only From can update the game, and they asked for an insane amount o money or just don't want to get to it. That's the >only< thing that explains this.
To be honest, its not a serious question at all. None of us work at Sony or have any inside connections. If anyone knew, it would have leaked already. This is more of a question PC gamers would ask because they're under the belief it would get a PC port.Lol, I would be annoyed if I made a serious question and I just get a bunch of shitposting, drive-by responses.
