What is "busted" about Wild Arms 3?

It crashes, alot! some magic will 100% of the time lock your game up. Some are auto applied using skills so it makes them unusable. If you've done the mothership quest before you wanna level grind its almost impossible to do apart from one area where certain high xp enemies are but they are also mixed in with enemies that use a certain attack that will also crash the game. Above and beyond all that the game was fucking terrible by today's standards. And I used to bloody love it.

I'd avoid it. Too many to dashboard crashes. I finished it in what the clock said was 20 hours. It wasn't it was way more and have all but 2 trophies. Nostalgia goggles with this is strong.

How's Wild Arms 3 as a jrpg? I've never played any game from the series, but I tend to like jrpgs from that generation and before it.
Towns, dungeons, decent story and characters, fun battle system? All that shit.
Same with me also and I wish Rogue Galaxy was on sale.

I'm going to read up on the LTTP Wild Arms 3 thread on my commute home.

Bought $20 PSN card to buy Okami, Wild Arms trilogy and FF9.
Turns out I already own them all...fuck.

Guess I'll be buying that Muramasa DLC pack finally.

There's some good games in there. Dust, DMC4 SE, and Okami HD are all excellent games. I might have to buy Bulletstorm for $3.

Couple of things:

I played through all of Chronicles of Teddy on PS4 with zero issues. The game is incredible and grabbed me like very few do; Didn't have a single crash. That was my experience, at least.

Any impressions on The Magic Circle? It looks oddly compelling.

VI has bad loading issues. Not sure about V.

Already got my PS3 hooked back up for Yakuza 5, so it looks like I'll finally pick up Resonance of Fate. Great price.

On psp the loading and performance were terrible. I remember that was almost 40 seconds of loading on Darkstalkers Chaos Tower (and is 7 seconds or so on vita).

Oh wow, I had no idea. I did turn up my loading speed in the vita settings when I first began the game.

Anyone who likes rpgs should definitely check out Siralim on Vita. It's awesome. It might not be the prettiest, but it makes up for it in gameplay/mechanics. It's very hard to describe, but it's sort of a monster collection rpg - - you find and develop new creatures to fight for you, and improve them in various ways. Lots of diverse skills and complexities to be found.

Check it out, and if it looks like your thing, it is. I bought it full price and loved it.

-----

Aegis on Vita is also worth it. Plays sort of like an action tower defense... you build various fortications/weapons on circular, spinnable platforms and fire outwards. Not perfect, but definitely good.

I wanted to buy Breath of Fire IV, but this caught my attention.

Chronicles of Teddy...how have I never heard of this game? It looks inspired by Zelda II, which is one of my favorite games ever. Guess I know what I'm buying next.

EVERYONE BUY BREATH OF FIRE IV SO WE GET BREATH OF FIRE V MADE. Please don't mention any fake bof games. Not cool.

Thinking of picking up dust force and final fantasy vi since i never played that. Was considering vii since I never played that either but it's so ugly

You do know that you can backup all your games on your computer's hard drive, right? Been using an 8GB card since forever, and have had no problems at all (26 Vita games).

It's a pain in the arse having 100 games and only being able to fit five of them on a memory card, if that.

Have an urge to play something? Well, in half an hour when you've finally managed to get it on your Vita let's hope the urge hasn't passed, eh? Digital downloading's advantage is pure convenience, and what you describe ain't that!

Then buy a bigger memory card if you use that much space.

Anyone having issues getting the sale to load on PS4? The store works fine, I can get to all the other deals, but the flash sale page just doesn't load and there are two empty icons in the deals section.

How many people would want more than 5 games at the same time? 8GB is more than enough. You and your passing urges are in the minority here.

I am definitely not in the minority.

I would say almost everyone wants more than five games on their Vita at once. Even if they're not actively playing them all the time, just to know they can play them at a moment's notice if the mood takes them.

Lol, I carry more than 5 *physical* games around with my vita. Personally, I think you're in the minority that is satisfied with 5 or less games available at a time.

Amnesia Memories was the VN released only digitally right? The other VNs are at nice prices too, but I'd still like to try and get them physically later on.

Ugh!! Megadimension Neptunia VII for $15 is tempting but I'd rather have a physical copy! Will wait for that to drop I guess!

I am so happy hyperdimension neptunia rebirth 3 is on sale. I have been wanting to pick it up for my vita since it came out. I am also so surprised that the Final Fantasy games are on sale.

If you say so, guys. Guess I should be happy about my minority status, then. It has saved me hundreds.

Hey sorry for the uninformed post but the PS one games get added to your account and you can play them on ps4 and psv? Will they be compatible with future systems? Are they streamed or are they run on the local machine? Curious about the ff titles but not going to bother if they won't really be available to me a few years down the road.

psone titles only work for PS3 and mostly PSV. They don't work on PS4 for unknown (greedy $ony) reasons. FFVII is the only thing that's on PS4 and even if you owned the PSone PSN version you still had to buy it again for PS4 at $15.

Dustforce on Vita is terrible. Very bad performance.

Yeah, I found it unplayable. That game requires a smooth performance, and the Vita version just can't maintain 60 fps. Real shame, since the game is great and would be an excellent fit for a handheld.

I have probably 10-15 games on mine, most are smaller downloadable games, so my 16gb is fine. I rarely play more than 2-3 games at one time, much less 100.

I dont have a problem deleting them as I beat them. Theres almost never a game Ill replay after beating it.

Yeah, I was noticing that earlier. Sadly, this sort of thing is par for the course when using the PS Store on the console.

I generally use the PS Store through the PC for anything these days. It's the most reliable version of the store, which is kind of a terrible little fact.

Should I get the psp version of final fantasy tactics or just get the PSone classic version for 3 bucks. Anyone that has both, please give me some advice. Will be playing on vita

Is Conception II PSTV compatible?

If I never played Dragon Age 2, and my save for Dragon age 1 was lost due to an ancient PS3 YLD, is Dragon Age Inquisition worth playing?
