Hulst needs to be launched out off PS through a "metaphorical cannon", to quote ProtoByte . I've been critical of PS figureheads who came prior, but Hulst definitely takes the cake for the worst appointee at this point.

Personal speculation, but I want to think Noshino & Japan HQ are trying to make him resign, through the "Japanese way", with all the moves we've been hearing about as of recent. He's just a tougher nut to crack than Ryan though and seems to be adamant to "stick" in his position even if he doesn't deserve it.

If it's a multiplayer focused game, it wouldn't take a heavy narrative to get some involvement from him.
