Is this song to bad ass for a kids cartoon theme song?

The kids today are missing out by not experiencing this. By 4 years old i had developed more morals and understanding of the meaning of life and death than modern day teenagers.
Edit:

The comics of the day were even more brutal and matter of fact with life, death and how best to deal with both.

The Transformers comics in particular had a higher body count and more traumatic set of deaths every other month than even the movie.

And yes, that last one is indeed loads of the heroes mutilated corpses hanging crucified on the walls of their conquered city.

Kids these days don't know they're born!

Edit:

I've actually been watching Thundercats in my spare time lately.

It's good stuff. I want a live action series or movie or something. Gimme that goody good.

Weird, I watched The Racoons a lot as a kid but don't remember that song at all. The theme song was completely different.

On morals from Jaga:

For some reason the dvd set was missing the BGM for this episode. This was supposed to be playing when Jaga appeared.

So on point for today...

Tigra and Panthro had another one at the end of this episode. I can't find the video but I remember the lines. When the Thundercats are victorious and Lion-O proclaims the brute men's freedom they cheer and leave happy to get away from the Mutants. As they leave Lion-O watches them go as the brute men don't even give them a glance.

Lion-O: Huh, they just upped and walked away without so much as a 'thanks'.
Tigra: Is that why you did this, Lion-O? For thanks?
Panthro: You wasted your time then, didn't you?
Lion-O: I did not! I did it because... because it was the right thing to do.

There are quite a few good Canadian cartoons.

The CG may be cringe, but it was so ambitious for the time. Loved it as a kid.

I came in to post this.

If we're talking about good Canadian cartoons, I nominate this.

Hey, someone besides me remembers this show! I've been looking for an English version online for years, but it's always incomplete.

Female version is 1000% the better version.

I remember watching this cartoon as a kid and I've always loved that theme (the female version).
